3. Cinema, photography and mass imaging technologies.
In this third session we intend to use some of the issues referred to in previous moments of this seminar to, thus, revisit recent cases from the world of art and new media. In this way, we believe that this dialogue would offer possible new perspectives on the contemporary artistic phenomenon and its complex relationship with the market, industry and the mass, but also with culture and politics. Likewise, we intend to resume the examination of concepts associated with Benjamin from a comparative reading with thinkers such as Adorno, Debord, Bourriaud, among others.
